Waxing Should Be Done Before

Kitchen

It's not really a blog about cooking this, so it's a blog about the first thing that happens, however, two simple recipes I want to share. Obviously things are all very easy to prepare as they are not a great chef, but dishes are really good! (Will update this post with new recipes as I remember it!)

Bouffe # 1: Pasta with corn and sausage

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 400 gr pasta
  • 150-200 g corn drained
  • 3 sausages
  • onion
  • cream
  • salt pepper

Preparation time: 25 min

Put oil in frying pan over low heat, mince the onion and throw it in the oil .
While you wait for the onion inbiondisca, break the 3 sausages and keep them aside, ready to be thrown in the pan once the onion is inbiondita. When the onion is
inbiondita and you add the sausages, if you had already put the water on the stove for the pasta should be almost ready, then add salt and the pasta-buttateci I love to use the pasta with this sauce! -. Add
corn 3-5 minutes before pasta is cooked al dente, and when it is cooked and you have to drain it, add the cream. Well do is to just throw the pasta in the sauce for a minute or more and then enjoy, enjoy!

Bouffe # 2: Tyrolean dumplings

Ingredients:
  • 500 gr. of frozen spinach (1 kg when fresh)
  • 4-5 tablespoons of flour 2 eggs
  • butter salt and pepper 1 clove garlic
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil 1
  • thick slice of bacon cut
  • parmesan cheese
Preparation time: 1 hour

Take the spinach and blanch. Then drain, squeeze and bake in a pan with the oil and the clove of garlic. Add salt and pepper. Chop all very fine with the mixer. Put in a bowl and then add the eggs and flour, stirring well so that no lumps are formed. Shape into dumplings with two spoons and drop them into boiling water, cook until they are afloat, take away about 2-3 minutes.
Chop the bacon into strips and brown in plenty of butter. Drain the gnocchi, place them on a plate and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and seasoned with bacon and butter.
Bonn appétit!
